Acceptable documents typically include a government-issued photo ID such as a Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS card, or PhilSys national ID, along with proof of address no older than three months. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal holds or account restrictions.
ph365org processes deposits in Philippine pesos (PHP). All available deposit methods are displayed within your ph365org account dashboard at the time of login. Supported methods typically include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay/PESONet bank transfers, BDO, BPI, UnionBank online banking, and supported Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards. Sports bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant competition or event as confirmed by the recognised governing body. Casino game outcomes are determined by the live dealer or game engine as applicable. ph365org settlement decisions are final once confirmed. Disputes must be raised within seven calendar days of settlement.
Live in-play betting markets are available on eligible events. ph365org may suspend or close an account at any time without prior notice in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or illegal activity, identity verification failure, account inactivity beyond 12 months, a self-exclusion request from the player, or a direction from a regulatory authority.
If your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining may be withheld pending investigation. If it is determined that the balance was accumulated through prohibited conduct, ph365org may forfeit some or all of the funds.
If you wish to close your own ph365org account voluntarily, contact support with your request. Any outstanding bets will be settled according to their normal rules before the balance is released for withdrawal, subject to identity verification.
